1. Fresh meat:

2. Frozen meat:

A completely frozen hard block may damage the blade or machine, while completely thawed meat is too soft and rotten, resulting in poor cutting performance.
3. Cooked meat:
*Applicability: The multifunctional slicer is also suitable for cooked or processed meat products, such as ham, bacon, braised beef, braised meat, grilled chicken, etc. Cutting it into strips is often used to make salads, sandwiches, pre made dishes, ready to eat small packages, etc.
*Caution: The texture of cooked meat is significantly different from that of raw meat, usually tighter and more fragile (especially for some pickled or air dried products), and may contain oils or other additives. When cutting, it is necessary to choose a suitable blade (such as a sharper thin blade) and adjust the cutting speed and thickness parameters to avoid product breakage, deformation, or adhesion. Partially cooked meat may need to be refrigerated before cutting to improve hardness and cut quality.
