Raw material pretreatment: Select chicken breast meat, thaw it, trim and remove the fascia, and cut it into uniform large pieces.
Slicing process: The meat chunks are fed into a slicer with a set thickness (about 0.8-1cm), and the equipment uses a high-speed rotating blade group to cut the meat chunks into uniform thin slices, ensuring that the slice shape is neat.
Cutting process: After slicing, the chicken slices are directly transported to the cutting machine, and the blade spacing is adjusted (about 0.8-1cm). Through the combination of vertical and horizontal blades, the chicken slices are cut into thin and long strips to ensure uniform shape without adhesion.
Marinating and coating with flour: Put the chicken fillet into a rolling machine to marinate and flavor it, then coat it with flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs in sequence to form a snowflake outer layer.
Quick freezing packaging: The wrapped chicken fillet is quickly frozen and shaped, then packaged and sealed, and stored for refrigeration.
