The working principle of the multifunctional meat slicer is mainly based on the collaborative cooperation of the following technologies and components:
1. Power transmission system: Powered by an electric motor, the power is transmitted to the cutting and conveying mechanisms through transmission mechanisms such as pulleys, chains, or gears. The motor speed can be adjusted to meet the cutting needs of different types of meat, such as frozen meat and fresh meat.
2. Material conveying mechanism: Stainless steel conveyor belts or push plate devices are used to uniformly push the meat to be cut to the cutting area. The conveying speed can be adjusted to ensure matching with the tool speed, achieving uniform thickness cutting effect. The surface of the conveyor belt is often designed with anti slip textures or made of special materials (such as food grade PU) to prevent meat from slipping.
3. Cutting tool cutting system: a high-speed rotating blade group. According to the cutting specifications (such as thick and thin strips), different blades can be replaced:
-Disc cutter: Multiple sharp blades arranged in parallel, controlling the width of the strip by adjusting the blade spacing.
-Combination type knife roller: The surface of the knife roller is equipped with a circular or spiral cutting edge, and the meat is continuously cut into strips when passing through.
Cutting tools are usually made of food grade stainless steel (such as 420J2) and strengthened in hardness and wear resistance through heat treatment. Some equipment is equipped with blade self sharpening devices to extend their service life.
4. Regulation and control system:
-Thickness adjustment: By adjusting the relative height between the conveyor belt and the cutting tool, the thickness of the cutting strip can be controlled (such as 3-15mm adjustable).
-Width adjustment: Replace the blade or adjust the spacing between blade groups (common widths are 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, etc.).
-Automation control: PLC or microprocessor systems integrate functions such as speed regulation, counting, overload protection, etc. Some models support preset programs to achieve one click switching of cutting modes.
5. Safety and auxiliary design:
-Protective cover: Isolation knife group, equipped with safety switch to ensure that it cannot be opened during operation.
-Diversion device: guide the directional output of the cut products to the collection container.
-Cleaning system: Removable knife group and conveyor belt, some equipment is equipped with high-pressure spray interface for easy cleaning.
Technical advantages: Through precision transmission and adjustable cutting parameters, the conversion from meat chunks to uniform strips can be achieved (processing capacity can reach 200-1000kg/h), meeting the standardized production needs of catering and processing plants for meat shreds, meat strips and other products.
