Maintenance and repair process of multifunctional meat slicer motor

1、 Safety preparation

1. Cut off the power supply of the equipment and hang a warning sign to prevent accidental startup.

2. Wear insulated gloves and protective goggles, and use a multimeter to verify that there is no residual voltage in the circuit.

3. Clean up oil stains in the work area to ensure a dry and slip resistant operating environment.

2、 Daily maintenance

1. Cleaning and maintenance

-Wipe the motor casing daily with food grade IPA cleaner to remove meat and grease

-Clean the heat dissipation duct with compressed air (≤ 0.3MPa)

-Check if the sealing ring leaks (with a focus on observing the shaft end oil seal)

2. Operation monitoring

-Record no-load/load current (deviation ≤ 10% of rated value)

-Bearing abnormal noise (use detection)

-Infrared thermometer monitors temperature rise (bearings ≤ 65 ℃, windings ≤ 80 ℃)

3、 Regular maintenance

1. Monthly maintenance

-Dismantle the protective cover to check the wear of the carbon brush (remaining length ≥ 1/3 of the original length)

-Lubricating grease supplementation (using NLGI grade 2 lithium grease, with a grease injection volume of 30% of the cavity)

-Belt tension detection (thumb press sinking 6-8mm)

2. Annual maintenance

-Megohmmeter detects insulation resistance (winding to ground ≥ 1M Ω)

-Dismantling and cleaning of bearings (measuring clearance<0.15mm after ultrasonic cleaning)

-Rotor dynamic balance correction (vibration value ≤ 2.8mm/s)

-Replace the sealing components (including shaft seals and junction box sealing rings)

4、 Fault handling

-Overload protection: Check the resistance of the cutterhead (standard cutting force ≤ 120N)

-Abnormal vibration: Leveling equipment base (levelness ≤ 0.1mm/m)

-Insulation failure: winding immersion treatment (temperature resistance level ≥ H level)

5、 Precautions

1. Disable high-pressure water flushing motor

2. IP55 protection verification is required after maintenance

3. Record and maintain data to establish equipment archives
