Raw material pretreatment: Select chicken leg meat, remove bones after thawing, and trim excess fat;
Slicing and shaping: Send the chicken leg meat into a slicer, set the thickness (about 1.2-1.5cm), and slice it evenly into chicken cutlets;
Edge trimming: After slicing, it is transported to the trimming machine to remove irregular edges and ensure uniform shape of the chicken cutlet;
Marinate and flavor: Put the chicken cutlet into a rolling machine, add marinade and vacuum roll for 2-3 hours;
Packaging and refrigeration: The marinated semi-finished chicken cutlets are packaged, sealed, and stored in refrigeration. Users can thaw them later to make them.
